According to my friend, this is an international exhibition of contemporary art. I will check it out this weekend. If you're in town, and into art, you might want to do the same. Apparently it takes place once takes every two years, and it's somewhat of a big deal in central Europe. Mainly paintings will be exhibited, along with some photography.
Check the website for details. My friend said you could party there at night, but according to what I can find on the web, it looks like it's 12-7pm.
