Code:mode is a good time. It's well known in Prague, but since its website is in Czech, I'll post the basic details here in English.
It's a free fashion weekend held quarterly in Prague for independent designers. Go there to shop, chill, drink, and party. The evenings are usually a good time with djs spinning into the late night/wee hours (depending on the cops).
I've been there twice and always had a good time.
